Swimming lessons for Babies and Children
Splash Swim School runs group lessons during the term time and Intensive
Swimming Courses during some school holidays (every day for 4 days).
Lessons are a maximum of 30 minutes long. There are a maximum of 8
swimmers in the lower levels and a maximum of 9 in the higher levels.
All lessons are taught by Qualified and Experienced ASA Teachers. At
each pool there is always a minimum of one adult present with a
Lifeguard Qualification. The ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming is
fully integrated into the lessons (Non Swimmers through to Advanced 2).

Adult and Child Classes
For ages 4 months to 3 years old, these classes are the ideal way to
give your child the early stage skills needed for swimming whilst having
a great time! The teacher will lead fun, playful and purposeful swimming
activities with songs, toys and games. Splash teachers have undergone
additional training for this age group to ensure that your child is safe
and has an appropriate lesson to help their entire development. One
adult per child is needed in the water, if this is difficult for you
(e.g. twins) please contact us to find out if an additional helper is
available. Children move up between 3 and three and a half years old to
Ducklings. |
